Our respected client is seeking a highly competent\r\nAquaculture professional for the job of Head of Construction & Engineering\r\nof Aquaculture. The job is based in Sulawesi, Indonesia.

Job summary

The Head of Construction & Engineering of Aquaculture\r\nwill be expected to manage onsite the construction of modern shrimp farms. This\r\nis an exciting opportunity for a driven and passionate leader with demonstrated\r\nability to supervise and control all elements related to the construction\r\nprojects.

Key responsibilities\r\ninclude:

1.      \r\nParticipate in the initial planning and\r\npreparation of the construction work including cost estimates, budget, design\r\nand work timetable

2.      \r\nEstimate, control, and report on the costs for\r\nconstruction projects from the early design plans through to completion

3.      \r\nManage and track the progress of the\r\nconstruction work to ensure that the job is completed on time and on budget

4.      \r\nSupervise and coordinate with all the relevant\r\nparties to ensure smooth construction progress

5.      \r\nTrack changes to the design and/or construction\r\nwork and adjusting budget projections accordingly

6.      \r\nMake sure that projects meet legal and quality\r\nstandards

7.      \r\nMonitor the acquisition and legal status of land\r\nfor the project

Key job requirements\r\ninclude:

1.      \r\nExperience in construction projects for\r\naquaculture farms/industry is highly desirable

2.      \r\nMust be able to implement technology and IOT in\r\nconstruction of aquaculture farms

3.      \r\nDriven, dynamic, positive and have a sense of\r\nurgency

4.      \r\nAttention to detail is absolutely paramount…you\r\nwill be eagle-eyed, fastidious and committed to numerical and factual accuracy

5.      \r\nComprehensive understanding of and extensive\r\nexperience with a full budgeting process
