The\r\nAquaculture Auditor is responsible for a chieving growth in sales through new\r\nbusiness development, leading the delivery of projects, ensuring service\r\nexcellence for clients and playing an important role in development of others\r\nwithin the team. You help clients implement, improve and demonstrate their\r\ncommitment to international and local standards. You will get the opportunity\r\nto lead and develop our work on a wide range of Food and Beverage services from\r\ntechnical aquaculture services including product certification.

\r\nRoles & Responsibilities
\r\nYou will be expected to lead the growth of our sales and delivery for a range\r\nof services and may have specialism and expertise in several of them,\r\nincluding:

1.      \r\nTechnical Aquaculture services

2.      \r\nAudit report writing

3.      \r\nTraining and capacity building

4.      \r\nStakeholder engagement

5.      \r\nAquaculture report assurance

6.      \r\nSupporting the sales team through technical\r\nadvice and guidance

7.      \r\nEnterprise risk management

\r\nYou will be expected to lead project\r\nteams as well as helping to grow our business through the following activities:

1.      \r\nProactively seeking to identify customer needs,\r\ndeveloping tailored solutions and selling these to new and existing clients

2.      \r\nLeading projects, ensuring they are executed to\r\nclients’ expectations, on time, on budget and to DNV GL quality standards

3.      \r\nLeading and communicating effectively with your\r\nproject teams and clients

4.      \r\nIntroducing services from your own/existing\r\ndiscipline(s) to new clients and new services to existing clients

\r\nPosition Qualifications

1.      \r\nBachelor’s degree or Academic qualifications\r\nrelevant to aquaculture

2.      \r\nQualified aquaculture auditor in Best\r\nAquaculture Practices (BAP), Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC) or Marine\r\nStewardship Council (MSC)

3.      \r\nMinimum 3 years’ experience dealing with\r\nfisheries farm

4.      \r\nA strong interest and demonstrable experience in\r\nthe aquaculture industry or similar sectors;

5.      \r\nProven project and/or team leader, delivering\r\nservice excellence

6.      \r\nGood written and communication skills in English

7.      \r\nAbility to work in an international team,\r\ndelivering and leading teams to produce high quality deliverables on time and\r\nin budget

8.      \r\nAbility to lead multiple projects in parallel,\r\noften with conflicting demands and timelines

9.      \r\nAble to clearly delegate tasks and provide\r\nsufficient guidance, support and feedback on performance to Management

10.  \r\nWillingness to travel and work around SEA and\r\nother locations

11.  \r\nPreferably with experience in sales and business\r\ndevelopment, ideally within a consultancy environment

12.  \r\nPreferably an outstanding communicator, with\r\nexcellent leadership skills
