Responsibility to lead the Farming Technical Sevice\r\nManagement and activity for the business.

\r\nCommercial Technical Service Leadership\r\n(30%)
\r\n
\r\n

1.      \r\nEnsuring the that we have the best farm\r\ntechnical services to our Customer and Consumer (Farmer)

2.      \r\nIdentify opportunity in farm services that will\r\nposition CQN as the partners to its chosen customers and help achieve the\r\nfollowing:
\r\n
\r\n

·        \r\nRetain our shared in customer and market by\r\nproviding technical service solution,

·        \r\nDevelop new market opportunities with commercial\r\nactivities in the market including farm talk, farm development and services,

·        \r\nLink Service with commercial Sales targets for\r\nprofitable volume growth and strategic objectives for the market

·        \r\nSupport Commercial for Sales excellence\r\ncapability (including Key Account Management)
\r\n
\r\nDeep customer understanding and relationship building with key decision makers\r\nin each significant account
\r\n
\r\n

Technology (50%)
\r\n
\r\n

1.      \r\nPerform intermediate level customer-level\r\ntechnical support and consultation related to aquaculture management,\r\nproduction management, feeding program etc.

2.      \r\nIdentify complex or advanced customer production\r\nperformance issues and opportunities, and engage appropriate support from the\r\nall team to provide technical solutions.

3.      \r\nOrganize, provide and/or facilitate technical or\r\nproduct field training for key stakeholders, including customers, distributors\r\nand/or colleagues.

4.      \r\nStay current on Cargill Aqua Nutrition Technical\r\ndevelopments, and work closely with TAL to transfer relevant insight to\r\ncustomers.

5.      \r\nIdentify opportunity and provide feedback to SM\r\nLead (Strategic Marketing) and TA Lead (Technology Applicatioon) incl. NPSS\r\nopportunity

\r\n

General (20%)
\r\n
\r\nPartners with the immediate network of business/functional stakeholders to\r\nexchange ideas and development of new concepts and service program
\r\n
\r\nLeverages and develops external network contacts (i.e. industry related\r\ncontacts).
\r\n
\r\nUtilizes sales and marketing support functions to assess competitor\r\ncapabilities along with comparisons to business’s capabilities to determine\r\ngaps and to position account offerings against competitive options
\r\n
\r\nQualifications

\r\nRequired Qualifications
\r\n
\r\n

1.      \r\nMinimum a Bachelor’s Degree

2.      \r\nMinimum 5-7 years working experience fishery\r\nindustry or feedmill industries.

\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
