Sales Manager-Aquaculture

Responsibilities

1.      \r\nConstructively handle, coordinate and supervise\r\nday-to-day sales and marketing activities, operations, follow-ups, complaints\r\nand returns within the commercial policy of the assigned geographic area.

2.      \r\nMaintain strong long-term relationships with\r\nestablished clients and build relationships with potential customers.

3.      \r\nMonitor and supply market information through\r\naccurate monthly reports on sales forecasts, market conditions and the\r\ncompetitive environment.

4.      \r\nPrepare profit and budget plans, and recommend\r\nsubsequent budget changes as needed to ensure the realisation of branch goals.

5.      \r\nManage inventory and individual expense used for\r\nsales operations.

6.      \r\nSupervise sales executives effectively in\r\ndelivering sales budgets and ensuring that receivables are collected promptly.

Requirements

1.      \r\nBachelor's Degree in Aquaculture / Master's\r\nDegree preferable.

2.      \r\nSales experience in the field (minimum 5 years)\r\nwith a focus on Animal Health and Nutrition products.

3.      \r\nGood command of spoken and written English.

4.      \r\nPossess a good attitude and interpersonal\r\nskills.
