\r\nAbout The Role
\r\n
\r\nYou will divide your time between Supply Chain, (helping to acquire new\r\nbusiness and partnership by expanding our relationships with feed companies and\r\nother key stakeholders in Aquaculture) and Operations (managing our\r\nrelationships with farmers and making sure critical operations are running\r\nsmoothly).
\r\n
\r\nAs a fluent Bahasa Indonesia speaker, you will be pivotal in representing the\r\nAlune brand to our partners and new clients.
\r\n
\r\nYou’ll help to oversee, develop and maintain the relationships and processes\r\nthat enable us to continue growing rapidly, while always supporting our\r\nlong-term social and environmental strategy.
\r\n
\r\nThis role is full of variety - here are\r\na few things you could be working on:

Starting and developing\r\nrelationships with all stakeholders in the value chain

Developing our post-harvest\r\nstrategy to bring exceptional value to our farmer partners

Building relationships with\r\nprospective farmer partners

Developing our shrimp farm\r\noptimization strategy with our partners and advisors

Visiting new or existing farmer\r\nclients, to spend face-to-face time with them.

Helping to develop a long-term\r\nstrategy for Alune and bring unique insights to accelerate growth.

Owning, launching and supporting a\r\nvariety of related projects

About You
\r\nRequirements:
\r\nEssential

1.      \r\nYou have a degree or work experience in\r\naquaculture (Shrimp is a bonus)

2.      \r\nSelf starter who thrives under pressure and\r\nenjoys variation

3.      \r\nYou’re ambitious and want to help build\r\nsomething impactful

4.      \r\nConfident negotiating, you find deal rejection\r\nmotivating

5.      \r\nFluency in English - speaking, and writing

6.      \r\nFluency in Bahasa Indonesia

7.      \r\nDetail oriented and passionate about over\r\ndelivering

8.      \r\nExcellent organizational and time management\r\nskills

9.      \r\nComfortable driving in Indonesia. Hold a valid\r\ndriving license (SIM C/A)

Desirable

1.      \r\nA University degree (in a scientific subject)

2.      \r\nTrack record in sales and negotiations

3.      \r\nHands-on experience running a business, running\r\na society or on a side project (bonus points if it was in Aquaculture).

4.      \r\nExperience in sales, business development or\r\nrelationship management position

\r\nLocation & Travel
\r\nOur team works remotely, with our core operations in Yogyakarta.
\r\nYou must be living in Indonesia. The role may require relocation around\r\nIndonesia.
\r\nThe role will require extensive travel for up to 3 days a week. Travel expenses\r\npaid in full by Alune.
\r\nSalary offers are decided based on location, experience and skills.
\r\nEquity and bonus structures are on offer for the right candidate.
