\r\nAbout The Role
\r\n
\r\nYou will work closely with the CEO and provide high-level, confidential\r\nadministrative support to the office of the CEO. Duties may be clerical,\r\nadministrative and project-based and include researching, handling information\r\nrequests, preparing reports and correspondence and liaising with partners and\r\nstakeholders. This position is often privy to confidential information and as\r\nsuch, requires diplomacy and discretion.

This role is full of\r\nvariety - here are a few things you could be working on:

1. \r\nDoing extensive research, including market\r\nresearch and competitive analysis

2. \r\nCreating presentations for stakeholders

3. \r\nPrepare a variety of reports

4. \r\nLiaise with Alune’s partners and stakeholders

5. \r\nProvides general administrative and clerical\r\ntasks

6. Coordinating with other executives and team members to support Alune’s operations

\r\nRequirements:
\r\n
\r\nEssential

1. \r\nYou have at least two years of work experience\r\nin a relevant field

2. \r\nSelf-motivated and able to work effectively with\r\nremote colleagues with minimal oversight

3. \r\nWell organized with the ability to multi-task\r\nand to keep track of and appropriately prioritize a variety of projects

4. \r\nExperienced in excel and spreadsheet management

5. \r\nExperience with handling multiple assignments\r\nand deadlines and proactively solve problems with a “can-do” attitude and\r\nlimited supervision

6. \r\nVery flexible and possess outstanding\r\nproblem-solving skills

7. \r\nHighly organized with very strong attention to\r\ndetail

8. \r\nDynamic team player with great interpersonal\r\nskills and high emotional intelligence

9. \r\nA forward thinker who proactively proposes\r\ncreative solutions

10. \r\nAn excellent verbal and written communicator

11. \r\nFriendly, positive, apolitical, and a team\r\nplayer

\r\nOur team works remotely, with our core operations in Yogyakarta, Jakarta and\r\nSingapore.
\r\nYou must be living in Indonesia. The role may require relocation to Jakarta or\r\nYogyakarta.
\r\nSalary offers are decided based on location, experience and skills.
