\r\nAbout The Role
\r\n
\r\nYou will divide your time between generating new partnerships for Alune in the\r\nsupply chain, (delivering valuable insights, products and financial benefits to\r\nour farmer clients) and developing our value chain strategy, which includes\r\nupstream and downstream partnership and investments. Ultimately, you will be\r\nintegral in creating an ecosystem around Alune which benefits our farmer\r\nclients in their success and growth.

\r\nAs a fluent Bahasa Indonesia speaker, you will be pivotal in representing the\r\nAlune brand to our partners and new clients.
\r\n
\r\nAs a capable communicator, the team will look to you for advice and support as\r\nthey push through deals at all levels of the company.
\r\n
\r\nThis role is full of variety - here are\r\na few things you could be working on:
\r\n
\r\n

1.      \r\nStarting and developing relationships with all stakeholders\r\nin the value chain

2.      \r\nDevelop and lead our post-harvest strategy

3.      \r\nWork closely with feed and technology companies\r\nto create significant mutual value

4.      \r\nDevelop appropriate supply chain strategy to\r\nmaximize the smooth process of shrimp farming at the lowest possible cost, both\r\nupstream and downstream.

5.      \r\nBe an example of professional, family-centric\r\nbusiness thinking

6.      \r\nDevelop and lead a team that delivers on our\r\nsupply chain goals, nationally and internationally

7.      \r\nDeliver and direct KPIs that lead to step-change\r\ninnovation and growth

8.      \r\nPlan, manage and coordinate all activities\r\nrelated to the sourcing and procurement of necessary materials and supplies\r\nneeded to meet the changing levels of shrimp farming process demand

9.      \r\nIdentify and source partnership opportunities\r\nthrough inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails and client\r\nvisits

10.  \r\nResearch partners, identify key players and\r\ngenerate interest in Alune’s vision

Requirements:

Essential

1.      \r\nPrevious working experience in Supply Chain for\r\nmin. 1 year (Aquaculture is a bonus!)

2.      \r\nHands-on experience with upstream-downstream\r\nsupply chain process

3.      \r\nOutstanding negotiation skill

4.      \r\nImpressive communication and interpersonal\r\nskills

5.      \r\nExcellent organizational and time management\r\nskills

6.      \r\nSelf-starter who thrives under pressure and\r\nenjoys a variation

7.      \r\nStrategic thinker

8.      \r\nNetworking aptitude

9.      \r\nGreat multitasking skills

13.  \r\nFluency in Bahasa Indonesia is required.

1.      \r\nOur team works remotely, with our core\r\noperations in Jakarta, Yogyakarta and Singapore.

2.      \r\nYou must be living in Indonesia.

3.      \r\nTravel expenses paid in full by Alune.
