Lowongan Kerja Perikanan untuk Posisi Technical Sales Specialist - Fish/Shrimp

Responsbility :

1.      \r\nResponsibility to lead the Farming Technical\r\nSevice Management and activity for the business.

2.      \r\nEnsuring that we have the best farm technical\r\nservices to our Customer and Consumer (Farmer)

3.      \r\nDevelop new market opportunities with commercial\r\nactivities in the market including farm talk, farm development and services,

4.      \r\nLink Service with commercial Sales targets for\r\nprofitable volume growth and strategic objectives for the market

5.      \r\nSupport Commercial for Sales excellence\r\ncapability (including Key Account Management)

6.      \r\nPerform intermediate level customer-level technical\r\nsupport and consultation related to aquaculture management, production\r\nmanagement, feeding program etc.

7.      \r\nIdentify complex or advanced customer production\r\nperformance issues and opportunities, and engage appropriate support from the\r\nteam to provide technical solutions.

8.      \r\nOrganize, provide and/or facilitate technical or\r\nproduct field training for key stakeholders, including customers, distributors\r\nand/or colleagues.

9.      \r\nStay current on Cargill Aqua Nutrition Technical\r\ndevelopments, and work closely with TAL to transfer relevant insight to\r\ncustomers.

10.  \r\nIdentify opportunity and provide feedback to SM\r\nLead (Strategic Marketing) and TA Lead (Technology Applicatioon) incl. NPSS opportunity

11.  \r\nPartners with the immediate network of\r\nbusiness/functional stakeholders to exchange ideas and development of new\r\nconcepts and service program

12.  \r\nLeverages and develops external network contacts\r\n(i.e. industry related contacts)

Requirement

Minimum from Bachelor Degree any field

Minimum 5-7 years working experience fishery industry or\r\nfeedmill industries.

Knowledge of Aquaculture Business

Willing to be placed in East Java area
